Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible, the item may be new or used but should be returned with the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to start a return
Email support@rojamy.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
If your return is approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@rojamy.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

These items are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
To obtain a different item, please initiate a return for your current purchase. Once the return has been processed and approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Remember, your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
